Children's Ministry

To work with the people of Grace Church to serve children, ages birth to 8th grade, of both the church and the surrounding community: teaching them about God’s love and plan for them through the stories in the Bible, helping them to deepen their own relationship with God through worship and prayer, encouraging and equipping them to share their faith and gifts with classmates, friends and family, and providing a caring, safe place for them to grow and learn.

Vacation Bible School 2008

We held Vacation Bible School on the evenings of August 17 through August 21, 2008. Plans are alrady underway for the summer of 2009. Please come back and visit our web site, as the dates approach, for further information

 

Sunday School

10:50 a.m. each Sunday (Sept. - May) for ages 3 and up. Give your child the basics of God's love. While most Americans have a post-high school secular education, basic religious educational level is around 3rd grade. Childhood years are the time to begin our spiritual investment; nothing will give our kids a better foundation.

Grace Church's Sunday School program is held right after morning worship for approximately an hour. It includes a Bible-based curriculum to help each child explore his/her relationship with God so they can share God and the salvation message with others.

 

Children's Church

For children ages 3-6. A time for focusing on worship - different from Sunday School. Children's Church is held during the latter part of the Sunday morning worship service in the downstairs fellowship area. This program helps to prepare children to join the regular worship service through the use of Bible-based, stimulating and educational material.

 

Nursery

Nursery is provided each Sunday morning during the worship service for those under 3. It is located downstairs to the right of the stairway.
