Come learn how to transition into running from walking or a more inactive state. We’ll meet on the second Saturday of each month to learn workouts and stretches to help you achieve your goals. A chance to bond with others and make new friends. The weeks in between will be optional to have accountability and train with others. More information will be available about food and hydration to pair up with your activity goals. Come along and bring friends! A goal of a Sept 5k is the plan, but each individual can create their own challenge.
